Services & Contractual Work

For all custom design services and contractual work:

• A non-refundable deposit or initial 50% upfront payment is required to begin any project.
• This payment secures your booking, covers preparation time, and reflects the commitment of resources to your project.
• Refunds will not be issued for deposits or upfront payments under any circumstances, including client cancellation or change of mind.
• The remaining balance, if applicable, is due according to the agreed-upon schedule in the project contract. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
